What is your product warranty policy?
Standard LED products carry a 2-year replacement warranty. Heavy-duty industrial and outdoor products (like highbays and streetlights) carry a 3 to 5-year warranty depending on specifications.
Returns
Can we return or replace a delivered B2B batch?
B2B batches can be replaced in case of manufacturing defects under warranty. Standard catalog returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, subject to restock verification.
