Project Overview
Design and supply aesthetic lighting solutions for 4 residential towers including lobbies, corridors, outdoor landscaping, and penthouses. The client wanted a high-end luxury feel while maintaining strict energy-saving ratings.
Design Challenges
The main lobby had a double-height ceiling of 8 meters, requiring high-intensity yet glare-free downlighting. Penthouse apartments needed custom dimmable chandeliers and profile lighting.
Solution Provided
We utilized Havells Royale Crystal Chandeliers for the penthouses, combined with Surya Stella Focus COB Spotlights for artwork highlighting. For the double-height lobbies, we deployed 20W anti-glare COB downlights that provided vertical illumination without discomfort to residents.
Benefits & Results
Achieved a 35% reduction in lightning energy consumption compared to conventional design. The client reported excellent visual aesthetics and complete B2B tenant satisfaction.
